What arrives each week

The work, with something you can inspect.

Each email follows one piece of the setup. It might be a change to the context, a task we have put into a shared Skill, or a rule for who can update a client’s information. I explain the decision and show the material behind it.

01The situation
What needed to change in the way people were doing the work, and why I worked on that part of the setup.
02The actual material
The file, configuration, working instruction or update flow that makes the explanation concrete.
03What still needs a person
What held up, what needed another attempt and which decisions or checks stay with the team.
