I install the shared AI foundation for agencies. The idea grew out of the work we were doing in my own agency.
I care about the person doing the work: what they know about the client, which tools they can use, and what happens when that information changes.

From SEO to
shared context.
I started working in SEO at fourteen. At nineteen, just as I was beginning my studies in Aachen, I founded Schwarzwald Bruder with one of my brothers.
At Bosch, I put AI to work in critical processes.
Later, at Brixon, we were using AI with different information, Skills and setups, and the results varied. We tried folders, prompt libraries and custom Claude agents. Out of that came BrandOS, a way for the team to share current brand context and working instructions.
What mattered to me was whether the person doing the work had the client information and tools they needed. The infrastructure I now install for agencies grew out of that.
In our own team, a colleague in a nontechnical role built a qualification questionnaire on a client’s website and created the related emails. The questionnaire was a small programmed application. She directed the AI and did the work herself.
She used our wider internal setup, including client context and the Skills and workflows prepared for that task. Those gave her a way to take on this piece of client work.
That example used more than the Builder alone. The standard Install provides the agreed foundation; developing a client website or qualification questionnaire is outside its scope.
How I work with your agency

I turn the agreed structure into a shared setup: a place for current context, access for the right people, working instructions and a way to update them. The installation lives in your agency’s accounts.
At handover, your team takes over the system. Someone owns the information, someone reviews changes, and people still review the work AI helps them produce.
