The seller is Brixon Group Ltd, Level 4, Centris Business Gateway, Triq Is-Salib Ta' L-Imriehel, Birkirkara CBD 3020, Malta, company registration C 110890, EU VAT ID MT31620102, as stated in the imprint and in the legal notice of Brixon Group Ltd. Christoph Sauerborn is the person responsible for this site.
What is sold
Five products, each bought once, each priced net in EUR plus the VAT that applies to the buyer: the BrandOS Builder, the BrandOS Auto-Load Setup, the Agency AI Infrastructure Blueprint, Agency AI Infrastructure — Install and One hour with Christoph. The price and what each product contains are stated on the page it is sold from and in the checkout; that description is the scope of delivery. Nothing is a subscription, nothing renews, nothing is charged again.
Business customers
The products are made for agencies and sold to businesses acting in the course of their trade or profession. The buyer confirms this in the checkout. Prices are net; the checkout shows the VAT for the buyer's country before payment. A valid VAT identification number can be entered in the checkout; for business customers in another EU country the reverse-charge rule applies where the law provides for it.
Ordering and payment
Purchases are made through the checkout on this site, which is operated by Stripe. Card and PayPal are accepted through Stripe. Payment is due immediately; nothing is delivered before it has been received. The receipt and the invoice are issued by Stripe on the seller's behalf and sent to the address given at checkout.
Delivery and access
Access to a digital product is granted to the email address used at checkout. After payment, that address receives a link that opens the buyer's access area on this site, where the material of each product bought is available. Access does not expire and does not renew; it covers the version of the product bought. The seller may improve the material over time and makes no commitment to do so.
Agency AI Infrastructure — Install is an installation of the buyer's shared AI infrastructure, as described on its offer page: built on the seller's side from the decisions the buyer records in the kick-off call and the intake, handed over into the buyer's own GitHub organisation and Cloudflare account within 30 days of purchase, with the Agency AI Infrastructure Blueprint included as the manual and 14 days from the handover in which the seller fixes what was installed. The 30 days run from purchase and do not pause for delays on the buyer's side. What lies outside the standard scope stated on the offer page is agreed and priced separately in writing before it is built.
One hour with Christoph is a 60-minute consultation on the installed system, booked after purchase through the link sent by email. It includes no build work.
Licence
A product bought here may be used by the buying business for its own work, including work for its clients. It may not be resold, sublicensed, shared with other businesses or published. The material stays the seller's intellectual property; what the buyer creates with it is the buyer's.
All sales are final
Every sale on this site is final. Digital content is made available immediately after payment; in the checkout the buyer expressly requests that and acknowledges that any statutory right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins. For the installation and the hour, the same applies from purchase; the kick-off call is the first step of delivery. The seller does not grant a voluntary right of return.
Refunds, chargebacks and access
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the access that was granted for it ends. Where the same address holds the same product from another completed purchase, that access stays.
What is not promised
No result the buyer produces with the material is promised or guaranteed, and no statement is made about revenue, cost, time or headcount effects. What is owed is the delivery described for the product bought. The seller is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
