Business customers only
Offers are intended exclusively for businesses acting in the course of their trade or profession. Prices are net plus applicable VAT. No voluntary return right is granted beyond mandatory legal rights.
Digital product delivery and updates
Buyers receive ongoing access to the version purchased and twelve months of product updates, subject to the delivery platform's availability. A licence is non-transferable and may not be resold or sublicensed.
Image Connector licence
One licence covers one legal agency entity and one verified non-public company domain, with unlimited internal staff on that domain. Sister companies, clients and unrelated entities are not covered. Remote connector access is included for twelve months and may then be renewed manually for €19 net per year. Expiry disables only remote connector access.
Bring your own OpenAI key
The agency supplies and funds a project-specific OpenAI API key and remains responsible for OpenAI charges, account limits and compliance with OpenAI's terms. Only an authorised agency administrator may store, replace or delete that key.
Images and source rights
The buyer must hold sufficient rights and permissions for all uploaded references, client assets, likenesses and requested outputs. Generated content requires human review before publication.
Refunds and access revocation
Where a refund is legally due or granted, related digital and connector entitlements may be revoked. Connector revocation includes deletion of the stored encrypted OpenAI key.
Agency AI OS
Christoph may introduce and qualify eligible self-service customers. Agency AI OS is owned and delivered by Brixon AI and is available only after a private application and manual approval under a separate Brixon AI agreement. Approval does not require a sales call; scope, fee, schedule and capacity are set out in that agreement.
