Seller
The seller is Brixon Group Ltd, Level 4, Centris Business Gateway, Triq Is-Salib Ta' L-Imriehel, Birkirkara CBD 3020, Malta, company registration C 110890, EU VAT ID MT31620102, as stated in the imprint and in the legal notice of Brixon Group Ltd. Christoph Sauerborn is the person responsible for this site.
What is sold
Two services: BrandOS and the Agency System Install. When one of them goes on sale, its offer page and the checkout state the price, how and when it is paid, and the scope before payment; that description is the scope of delivery. A recurring charge, such as the continued operation of the Agency System Install, is stated on the offer page and in the checkout with its period before payment.
Business customers
Both services are made for agencies and sold only to businesses acting in the course of their trade or profession. The buyer confirms this in the checkout. Prices are net; the checkout shows the VAT for the buyer's country before payment. A valid VAT identification number can be entered in the checkout; for business customers in another EU country the reverse-charge rule applies where the law provides for it.
Ordering and payment
Purchases are made through the checkout on this site, which is operated by Stripe. Card and PayPal are accepted through Stripe. The amount and when it is due are shown in the checkout before payment. Where a service can be paid in instalments, they are charged monthly; paying in instalments costs more in total than paying once, and the checkout states the total. Access and work start once payment has been received. Stripe issues the receipt and the invoice on the seller's behalf and sends them to the address given at checkout.
How delivery works
Delivery follows the steps on the offer page. There is no fixed delivery date: a step that depends on the buyer's sources, access or decisions starts once they are in place.
Neither service includes a correction round or a formal acceptance. The buyer edits the content of its BrandOS itself in Brand Center. Work outside the scope on the offer page is not part of the purchase.
Your part
The buyer provides, for the work ordered:
- source material, such as a website, social media profiles and documents, that it is permitted to use for this purpose, including its client's permission where that is needed;
- for the Agency System Install, access to the accounts and systems the setup needs, the decisions the setup depends on, and a named owner who is responsible for the system after handover.
The buyer enters its own credentials through the secure route agreed for the order. Credentials are never sent by email or placed in documents or repositories. The buyer's accounts and third-party licences remain its own, and their cost is not part of the price unless the offer page says so.
BrandOS
BrandOS is a self-service product for one brand, the buyer's own or a client's. In Brand Center the buyer enters the brand's website, optionally its social media profiles, and uploads documents. The BrandOS is generated from them automatically; the seller does not prepare or review it. A BrandOS is structured brand context for people and AI, such as the brand's rules and the basic design rules its website shows. It records what the sources support. It does not create a new visual identity, positioning or design system.
Technical limits apply: a website of at most 50 pages, no blog pages, and at most 100 pages of source material in total. The buyer can preview the BrandOS in Brand Center and edit it there manually, without a limit on edits. AI editing inside Brand Center is not included.
Access is through an MCP connection only; there is no file export. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard through which an AI tool can read context from another system. Before payment, the offer page names the AI tools BrandOS works with. An MCP connection does not by itself make an AI tool load the context, and the seller does not control how the providers of AI tools change them.
The purchase includes one year of access from the purchase date, licensed to one user; team access is not included. After the first year, the buyer can renew access for a further year at the price stated on the offer page. Renewal is manual: access does not renew automatically, and it is not a subscription. The seller sends a reminder before access ends. The BrandOS and the sources supplied for it are deleted 60 days after access ends. The buyer can delete its sources in Brand Center at any time.
Agency System Install
The Agency System Install is a fixed package as described on the offer page: three client brands, each with a BrandOS set up through the BrandOS MCP, with the seller supporting the brand preparation; the organisational core Skills (reusable task instructions for AI tools) for GitHub and the brand; and the buyer's MCP portal, in which the buyer can add connections and the seller sets up to five. The seller operates the Feedback tool, Brand Center and the Skill marketplace; everything else runs in the buyer's accounts. Existing content is not migrated. The offer page names the AI tools the Install works with.
Delivery takes place after purchase in three calls: a kick-off, a mid-point call and a handover. The calls are part of delivery, not of the sale. The Agency System Install ends with a functional check of the set-up system at handover; there is no formal acceptance and no correction round. The buyer makes content corrections to its BrandOS itself.
Continued operation of the Feedback tool, Brand Center and Skills is a monthly subscription. It starts after the handover. If the handover has not taken place by the 30th day after purchase because the buyer has not provided the access, decisions or input the setup needs, continued operation starts on that day all the same. It is required for a minimum term of six months. After that minimum it can be cancelled monthly, to the end of each billing month, with no further notice period. After cancellation, access runs to the end of the paid period; the seller sends a reminder before it ends, and the data are deleted 60 days later. There is no file export. Its monthly price includes the three brands set up in the Agency System Install; each further brand is charged monthly in addition. Both prices are stated on the offer page and in the checkout before payment. Support beyond what the offer page names is not included.
Rights to the result
The buyer may use what is delivered for its own work, including the work for the client concerned. Rights in the material the buyer supplies stay with the buyer or its client. Templates, Skills and methods the seller brings into the work remain the seller's; the buyer may use them as part of what was delivered but may not resell or publish them on their own. Supplied material is used only to deliver the service ordered; the privacy notice describes how it is handled.
All sales are final
Every sale on this site is final. There is no refund. In the checkout the buyer confirms that it is buying for business purposes. The seller does not grant a voluntary right of return.
Reversed payments and access
If a payment is refunded or reversed, work on the order stops and any access granted for it, such as the MCP connection or access to Brand Center, ends.
What is not promised
No business result is promised or guaranteed: no revenue, savings, time or headcount effect, no autonomous work and no AI output that can go out without human review. What is owed is the delivery described for the service bought. The seller is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability is limited to the price paid for the service concerned.
