2 Capital Letters: What an issue contains
Each issue follows the same shape: a personal observation from real work, the agency problem behind it, the mechanism explained properly, a practical diagnostic or action, an honest boundary where the approach stops working, and a close. The recurring subjects are an agency-system deep dive on one context, access, ownership or standards problem, a field note from building or testing a brand foundation, an implementation note about a real decision, artefact, failure or audit result, and a readiness review before adding users, Skills, connections, agents or automation.
What is deliberately not in it: link roundups, general AI or agent news with no agency consequence, issues that are not useful without clicking through, and claims without evidence or a stated qualification.
What 2 Capital Letters is NOT
- 2 Capital Letters is not a Brixon AI newsletter. It is sent by Christoph Sauerborn personally, and Brixon AI has no newsletter of its own.
- 2 Capital Letters is not a German-language newsletter any more. It is published in English.
- 2 Capital Letters is not an AI news roundup or a curated link list. Curated issues are rare and only appear when the items share one agency-system implication.
- 2 Capital Letters is not a lead magnet. It is a free channel with no gated download behind it.
