BrandOS
BrandOS is Christoph Sauerborn’s self-service entry product that generates a BrandOS for one brand from existing sources and loads it into the AI through MCP.
BrandOS serves people in agencies who want the right brand context loaded into the AI for one brand, the agency’s own or a client’s.

BrandOS: How it works
In the upload form the buyer enters the website, optionally social media profiles, and uploads documents. Generation runs automatically; Christoph does not prepare or review the result. The buyer decides whether the brand is the agency’s own or a client brand.
The value is auto-loading: the AI has the right brand context in the chat. The BrandOS is loaded through an MCP connection; this works with Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. MCP alone does not make every AI tool load context. The buyer edits the BrandOS manually in Brand Center, as often as needed.
BrandOS: Readiness and terms
The list prices are decided but the offer is not released: BrandOS is not available to buy yet (as of 2026-10-22), and a shown price does not release it. Once released, each offer can be bought directly; no earlier purchase is required.
The technical limits (50 website pages, 100 pages of source material) are not selling points; they matter only when a buyer’s material exceeds them. Extracted design rules are not a new visual identity or a complete design system.
BrandOS: Relationship to the BrandOS method
The product generates a BrandOS in the structured format described on the BrandOS concept page. The Marketing Engineering Starter Kit and the Agency System Install are independent offers.
BrandOS: Boundaries
- This page describes the BrandOS entry product. The BrandOS method and document format are described on a separate concept page.
- BrandOS is automated self-service. It is not prepared or reviewed by Christoph and has no correction round.
- BrandOS does not make every AI output correct or on-brand; the buyer still verifies facts and permissions and keeps client work separate.
- BrandOS promises no revenue, savings, autonomous work or unreviewed output.
